The Info Street is our pop-up advice service for people aged 50+, bringing free, trusted support directly into local communities.

Our Information & Advice Team have joined forces with our EngAGE Team to deliver advice sessions at familiar venues across Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend. Whether you have a quick question or need more in-depth support, we’re here to help.

Our aim is simple: to help you save money, maximise your income, and build confidence and skills so you can stay informed, independent and connected.

What to expect:

Drop in at any Info Street session to:

  • Speak one-to-one with our trained advisors in a relaxed, informal setting
  • Get practical, personalised advice tailored to your situation
  • Join short, friendly presentations from our digital specialists on everyday tech and online safety

There’s no need to book - just pop in when it suits you.

What we can help with:

  • Welfare benefits – checking what you may be entitled to
  • Later life planning – understanding your options and planning ahead
  • Energy efficiency – tips to reduce bills and keep your home warm
  • Digital support – help with phones, tablets, laptops and the internet
  • Scam awareness – staying safe and confident online and over the phone
