At Age Connects Morgannwg, we are committed to improving the lives of older people. 

During 21-22, we delivered information, advice and support to 5,500 people, helped raise £778,350 in welfare benefits, provided 5,448 hours of care and support to some of the most vulnerable older people in our communities, and delivered an 83% increase in the number of people we supported to be discharged from hospital. All of this work is assisted by contributions made by our Corporate Partners.

Age Connects Morgannwg has a long-standing reputation of working with and alongside local, regional and national businesses to deliver a wide range of products and services to older people within RCT, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil.
