Stuart Morgan brings a wealth of experience from a 12-year military career before moving into leadership roles in education, health and social care, and now the third sector. He is passionate about driving growth and development, with a particular focus on creating innovative services and meaningful programmes that make a real difference to people’s lives.

Stuart has a proven track record of building strong partnerships, improving services, and leading initiatives that put people first. His approachable and collaborative leadership style ensures that those supported by the organisation remain at the heart of everything he does.

Born and raised in Swansea, Stuart has lived in various places including Germany and Dorset, but has now settled back locally with his wife Stacey and their twin daughters. Away from work, he enjoys fishing, cycling, keeping fit, and following his beloved Swansea City FC.
