Jon Curtis is an experienced marketing professional with over 30 years’ experience spanning B2B, B2C, and not-for-profit sectors. He has worked with organisations of all sizes - from startups to corporates - combining strategic insight with hands-on expertise across the full marketing mix. His core specialisms include website development, digital strategy, content marketing, brand building, and social media.
Jon began his career in direct marketing, holding roles with two PLCs in the health and banking sectors before moving into senior marketing positions within local and national government. He later returned to the private sector as Marketing Director for a fast-growing group of companies. With a growing fascination for the role of technology and AI in business, Jon went on to spend five years working with tech startups in the Welsh ecosystem. Since 2018, he has focused his skills and experience on supporting the charity sector.
Throughout his career, Jon has delivered high-impact projects across a wide range of industries. Highlights include co-founding a successful tech startup, serving on the board of a company that scaled from £2 million to £60 million in just three years, delivering Wales’ largest-ever online poll for the Welsh Government, and leading a major rebrand for a local authority.
Originally from Newport, Jon now lives near Bridgend with his wife. Outside of work, he enjoys football, film, opera, genealogy, and travel.
