Lynda has been retired for 3 years but as a registered nurse she spent the last 20 years of her career  working in senior nursing and managerial roles within the Cwm Taf Morgannwg area.

Lynda believes passionately in delivering excellent services for older people: services that promote and maintain independence whilst offering a range of choices. Lynda feels that as a charitable organisation, Age Connects Morgannwg does this well, working in partnership with other organisations to achieve it. 

Lynda enjoys being a trustee and helping to shape and support the developments and the services they deliver. Lynda was thrilled to be elected as Chair at the recent AGM.

Outside of being a trustee, Lynda’s hobbies are travelling and reading, and her biggest pleasure is looking after her grandchildren.
