About Us

Age Connects Morgannwg is the leading charity working with older people living in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil (the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board footprint). We have a strong history with over 45 years of supporting older people and their families through some of the most difficult times in their life. We also have a proven track record of listening to older people, learning what’s important to them and caring about the way they are treated, perceived, and portrayed.   

About the Job

Your role will be to coordinate the recruitment and matching of volunteers to appropriate service areas within the charity, improving systems and processes to ensure that volunteers are informed, onboarded, trained, supported, and better able to access the broad range of volunteering opportunities on offer.

 

Working closely with operational management and department leads, your role will be crucial in ensuring that volunteers are effectively utilised to support our mission and goals making volunteering inclusive and accessible.

Please note: A full, valid driving licence and access to ypour own vehicle are required for this position.
